Juliette Falls, established in 2007, is a master-designed, gated golf community featuring a top-ranked golf course, state-of-the-art practice facilities, 549 single family parcels and a 136-acre conservation area sprawling over 540 acres. Juliette Falls was named after Juliette Rail Lines that passed through the property in the great age of phosphate mining in the late 1800's. The rail lines would meet weekly and exchange produce, timber, phosphate and livestock. The "falls" part of the name represents our 5 beautiful water falls around the course, creating our Floridian oasis' around some of the most beautiful holes in golf.

Juliette Homes builds with more custom features & upgrades, homes starting in the mid $400's.
Adams Homes building homes starting in the mid $300's offering 1500-2500 sq ft homes.
Lennar Homes is just breaking ground with homes starting in the mid $300's.
